1. Overview

StillVoice is designed as a quiet and private space. We collect only the minimum information needed to deliver conversations, subscriptions, and essential functionality. We do not sell personal data, track users across the web, or use advertising networks.

2. Data You Provide

We collect:

• Email address (if used for sign-in)
• Profile name, birth date, and “About me” (optional)
• Messages you send to the service

If you sign in with Telegram, Telegram provides:

• Your Telegram ID
• Your Telegram username and display name
• Your profile photo URL (if available)

StillVoice does not receive your phone number.

3. Conversation Storage

Messages are stored securely to enable conversation history and to maintain the quality of the experience. Conversation data is never used for advertising, profiling, or cross-platform tracking. You may delete individual conversations at any time.

4. Analytics

StillVoice does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, fingerprinting, or any invasive tracking technologies. Basic server logs (IP, user agent) may be stored briefly for security and abuse prevention.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed by NOWPayments. We do not store your credit card information or crypto wallet keys. Payment confirmations and invoices may include your email address if you provided it during checkout.

6. Data Security

We use modern security practices and encryption where applicable. Access to user data is strictly limited to essential system functions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data responsibly.

7. Your Rights

You may request:

• Export of your data
• Deletion of your account
• Removal of conversations
